6pm TRE® session with Beata - innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma, it safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system.

7pm SOUND HEALING with Jolie - A deep relaxing, inner stillness, sound meditation. Jolie will guide you gently through a deep relaxing and powerful Sound Journey to energise you for the week.

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. This reflex operates beneath our conscious awareness and serves as a vital mechanism for releasing stress and tension. We’ve all encountered or experienced it at some point – the trembling of hands during public speaking, shivers following a sudden shock or car accident, children vibrating with excitement, or even natural shaking during activities like yoga, pilates, or intense workouts at the gym.

This natural reflex is not indicative of stress, anxiety, fear, weakness, or a loss of control. Rather, it serves as a primary means through which our body alleviates muscular tension, relaxes the nervous system, and restores a state of calm, balance, and relaxation for both the mind and body.

TRE, short for Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, imparts the knowledge and techniques necessary to intentionally activate the recovery response in a safe and controlled manner. It is a body-based technique to relax & rebalance your nervous system without requiring mental focus, physical effort or the need to recall the past or talk about it.
