As an upbeat and passionate Psychologist with experience across the globe, I am excited to help you move to the next level, to find purpose, direction and confidence.

I have been trained in Group Therapy by the Sacramento Center for Psychotherapy and the Gottman Method Couple Therapy and my approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), making it science-based and practical, yet in a way that you feel seen, heard and valued.

Having lived in Germany, Canada, the U.S., the Netherlands, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia, I have experience in working with people from lots of different cultures and walks of life.

  • This program includes 6 individual sessions booked over a 10-week timeframe. Joining all six sessions of the program is crucial for maximizing your benefits. The sessions are designed to be interconnected and complementary, allowing you to progress in your journey and develop a more profound understanding of yourself.

  • No problem, you can reschedule up until 24 hours before the session. All 6 sessions are valid for 10 weeks, meaning you have some flexibility to take some breaks from the weekly sessions, if needed.

  • You will receive the workbook in 6 sections - one for each week. After each session you will receive the next week’s pages by email.

  • You will receive the 6 workbook sections by email every week. You can either fill it out digitally or print it out and complete it analog - whatever you prefer.
    If you’re not sure: Generally, people tend to get the most out of hand-written exercises and have an easier time taking notes during the sessions if it’s with pen and paper.
