meet the team with Creative Energy

Hello, I’m Beata,

the founder of Energising Goals

Whenever I tell people what I do for a living, I get the same reaction, ‘wow that must be hard’. And to be honest, yes it is hard, but only when I meet people who are not ready to make the change happen, to explore.

I am an Ex-athlete, Psychologist and Life Coach working with individuals and corporates, and I am probably the most energetic psychologist you have met.

As a mental wellness advocate, I take life with its ups and downs, making psychology practical and helping my clients to make the change happen.

I always start with curiosity and give my best. I will not follow the cliché statements here saying that my job is my passion, simply because it’s not my only passion – I absolutely love dark chocolate and spending time outdoors, saving stray dogs and having thought provoking conversations ;)

Seriously though, I like what I do, and every day I wake up choosing to be here for you. Watching people transform their lives is what gives me the energy to do more. I am here to help struggling individuals go from stuck and overwhelmed to clarity and confidence. I know the power of therapy, and how a supportive relationship can give you strength to move the mountains.

Over the years, I have worked with tons of people just like you, including couples recovering from affairs and life transitions, people with anxiety or depression, and adults trying to find work life balance, manage stress, emotions and redesign their lives.

I take life with its ups and downs. I listen well and people value my progressive attitude and holistic approach to body & mind, blending different trainings to tailor sessions to your needs. I’m always full of energy to educate, inspire and guide.

Media & Speaking

From keynote talks to radio interviews, I love connecting with audiences in ways that spark ideas and motivate action.

I make psychology practical and always thought-provoking, blending professionalism with humor, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking.

ICF PCC I Certified Co-Active Coach I Diploma in Counselling

500+ coaching hours. 15 years working with families and leaders across Europe, the US, Australia, and Singapore.

I work with women who are going through an international move and a major life shift at the same time. Often both arrive together. A relocation and a new baby. A new country and a relationship that no longer works the way it used to. A family that looks fine from the outside and feels fragmented on the inside.

Most of my clients are mothers. They sit at the dinner table where everyone is physically present and somehow unreachable. They carry the emotional weight of everyone else's adjustment while their own goes unnoticed. They are the ones who made the move work, and the ones who are last to be asked how they are doing.

My work starts with the mother, because she is the emotional centre of the family system. When she finds her footing, the whole family feels it.

I'm old fashioned about this. I believe in repairing and mending rather than throwing away. Relationships, families, the thread between a mother and her child. I believe these things are worth the work.

And I deeply believe that children don't give us a hard time. They are having a hard time. There is a difference, and it changes everything about how you show up for them.

I work online with expat mothers navigating family communication after relocation, the shift from partners to parents, and finding themselves in a country that isn't theirs yet.

Who are my clients? Overwhelmingly they are people undergoing a sticky transition of some sort. Such as:

  • managers who want to become leaders and find their authentic voice

  • artists and creative professionals who feel "blocked" or cannot find their niche

  • women returning to work after maternity leave

  • expat partners seeking fullfilment while moving abroad.

Clinical Psychologist & ICF Coach

As an upbeat and passionate Psychologist with experience across the globe, I am excited to help you move to the next level, to find purpose, direction and confidence.

You don’t have to do this alone! In the midst of uncertainties, struggles, pains, confusions and not knowing what the future holds for you, our work together can offer stability and tremendous relief. Together, we will design and implement the strategy to reach your full potential and follow your dreams.

My approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, making it science-based and practical, yet in a way that you feel seen, heard and valued. My sessions are carefully tailored towards your particular needs, so we can connect and collaborate around your goals, fulfillment and clarity.

Having lived in Germany, Canada, the U.S., the Netherlands, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia, I have experience in working with people from lots of different cultures and walks of life.

If you want to make a change and move your career, relationships, emotions, or life in new directions, you’re at the right place! Together we will fully discuss anything that’s on your mind, improve your mental & physical health and transform your life.

My clients typically are:

  • Looking for tools (not just talk): You want concrete strategies and tools you can actually use. You’re ready to try something hands-on. You want real tools and strategies you can use between sessions, not just an hour of venting.

  • Looking for depth and forward motion: You want to understand the "why" behind your patterns and leave with a clear sense of what to do next. You've read the books and listened to the podcasts; you want guidance tailored to your actual life.

  • Navigating relationship dynamics: Maybe you're in a multicultural partnership or balancing identities and personalities, and want a space that gets that complexity.

  • Anxious more often than you'd like: Maybe your mind races or jumps to worst-case scenarios, even when things look fine on the outside.

  • Going through a big transition: Maybe a change in your career, family, or living situation has you re-evaluating what's next.

  • Looking for structure: You want sessions that have direction and follow-through.
