how it works

My approach to couple counselling proves to work with committed partners. It starts with simple assessment process, designed by Gottman Method Couple Therapy.

Session 1: I meet you together for a couple session. We will get to know each other, go over your goals, and make sure it’s a good fit. You will be given assessments to fill out individually after session.

Session 2: I will meet with each partner individually to get a clearer understanding of your unique goals and hopes for the relationship.

Session 3: We will meet all together and discuss my findings from our sessions and the assessment. Then I will share and formulate with you a clear plan, including your strengths and weaknesses as a couple together with goals and relapse prevention strategies.
